• It is prohibited to use nicknames in the name of Admin and GM.
• Changed Nickname - Banned Permanent

• Provoking, Toxic chat in game / Discord / also with Game Master is prohibited
• Banned Permanent and Banned IP

• It is forbidden to do GVG with the sacrificial guild more than once a day.
• Reset Level, CPT and PVP to 0

• It is prohibited to chat SARA, use the name of parents, body shaming and sexual harassment.
• Mute in Game & Discord 3 Days - Mute in Game & Discord 7 Days - Banned Permanent

• It is prohibited to mention selling and buying prices. (BU, Harga Kiri, Rate Kiri). The prices only by PM.
• Mute in Game & Discord 1 Day - Mute in Game & Discord 7 Days - Banned Permanent

• It is forbidden to use Chaos Potion during war time.
• Banned 1 Day - Banned 7 Days - Banned Permanent

• It is prohibited to sell equipment and characters obtained from Guild Leader Reward, Guild Reward or Streamer Reward.

No Refunds Policy

• REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED AFTER CASH COIN, PREMIUM SERVICE, IN-GAME ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
